luxurious, luxurious, luxurious
The breakfast spread was very nice, with a chef ready to make eggs just the way I loved. I was thrilled by the gorgeous rooftop spa, where I enjoyed relaxing in the pool with fine city views. Each night in the spacious Superior Double Room was like pure bliss thanks to the comfortable beds and modern amenities provided.
100% recommend 😊❤️

An excellent way to end my weekend. Ideal hotel with clean facilities, marvellous location to a good restaurant in town. Location near to shopping centre, cinema in VO and many nice cosy restaurants around, La Romareda and the tram stop.

very nice and modern room, special bathroom, very quiet airco, good bed not to hard, white and ...black!! slippers, the general theme is chessboard, Good breakfast, shopping-centre very close, but most off the shops are closed, cinema with original version films and good wok restaurant in walking distance
parking difficult to find, do not mix with the parking from the shopping-centre, limit choice off TV channels,

The hotel is new and has very nice facilities. It is in a quiet part of town - 15 minutes from the center. Buses run very well, so it is no problem to get to the city and back. Hotel staff are extremely polite and helpful. Breakfast was very good and very rich. My family and I especially liked the spa where we spent a few hours every day after long sightseeing walks in the city.We found the hotel beds very comfortable, the towels especially soft, we enjoyed the room design a lot. A lot of attention for details has been put into this hotel and our stay has indeed been worth every cent!

A quiet retreat with delicious breakfast
The hotel provided a spacious room with a comfortable bed, and I particularly enjoyed the extensive breakfast buffet that offered fresh options like an egg station and freshly squeezed orange juice. The serene environment was a good escape from the busyness of the city.
I found the location slightly inconvenient, being a 35-minute walk to the old town and lacking close proximity to tourist attractions. The open-plan bathroom design was a bit awkward, affecting privacy.

problem for finding the hotel/parking with GPS as the adress of the hotel given in the internet is not the same as the adress in the street and GPS.

The room design, size and layout, the toiletries, the huge tv screen, everything first class. Very well priced for a five star. I didn't get to try the food.
It is simply unbelieveable and unacceptable that a five star hotel should open his wellness center and gym only at 9 a.m. This way, it will be impossible to use it for most of the guests, simply because at 9am everybody (both business guests and tourists), are already out about their business. I think that is a huge setback!

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially the delicious breakfast that kept me energized and the nice indoor swimming pool that was perfect for relaxing after a long day. The spa area offered a great sauna to unwind, too. One small downside was the lack of tea and coffee in the room, but it didn’t take away from my overall experience! 😊

The rooms were nice designed and the staff were friendly. The brakefast was good and you could feel you are in a 5star hotel.
It's a bit far from the centre, but it doesn't take long to get there with a taxi or car.
